Relationship DNA Test for Legal Use - Procedure
The following procedures followed to perform a Relationship DNA Test with Legal Validity:
Choice 1: Sample Collection and Identification of participants are carried out in our laboratories by the DNAlogy Court Experts, who identify the participants and collect their biological material (buccal swab).
Choice 2: The procedure is carried out remotely through “Online Sample Collection Protocol” by our collaborating Lawyers, Physicians or Organisations (NGOs) under the supervision of DNAlogy Court Experts via webcam. The biological material is collected using the DNAlogy-Legal -kit® for collection of saliva samples, which is sent out to our partners and is returned to the laboratories following the instructions.

Following an action for recondition of biological relationship, the Court Authorities request the establishment of biological relationship through DNA analysis by a Court Expert that is named in the list of the Court of First Instance, a process that requires much time and money.
